Our 50/50 Stance

50/50 should be the default unless clear, proven cause shows otherwise. In true equal-time arrangements, no parent should pay child support to the other. Each parent fully supports their child during their own parenting time—covering housing, food, clothing, and activities—without subsidizing an ex-partner’s household.
